Travis Gentile is a 29-year-old Long Beach resident who had everything he wanted in life. Given Travis' commitment to giving back, he participated in the Polar Plunge for Make A Wish. When he took that plunge, however, he heard a crack and thought his life had come to an end. Travis was pulled from the water and is currently paralyzed from the chest down and confined to a wheelchair.
